Ya i think i would also stay away from the gold wheels. I have black Mandrus wheels on my Alabaster Crossfire and i think that it's the way to go. Everyone has their personal preferences. At the end of the day it is your baby.. Do as you please with it. As long as you love it's looks, that's all that really matters...

On an unrelated matter i have been trying to start a new thread and can't for the life of me find a new thread icon??? Can someone help and walk me through this. New member and not sure how to work this..
Thanks

S

MB04 XFIRE, welcome to the forum.
To start a new thread simply tap on what category you want to start it in, when the page opens up, in the lower left corner of the page you will see a box that says [New Thread].
Simply punch on it and start your thread.

I left the wheel lips silver so there would still be a relationship between the wheels and the silver accents on the car. Although i went to the darkside with gold wheels, i have to draw the line at painting the car accents gold to match.
In my opinion, I think the gold looks awesome on your Srt6. I have a black NA and currently my wheels are dipped chameleon blue/green but I have been considering doing gold lately as a fun little project. Also I noticed that it looks like you have some side splitters on your car, where did you get them or was it DIY?

I'm thinking Porsche orange wheels on my black coupe but undicided. Do think the stock wheels have too much silver for alla them spokes (like a dark gray five spoke wheel but cannot get there with paint).

You could always use the sawzall and take out two of the spokes.
