Ok well when I got everything installed they worked perfectly. Next day only drivers side worked. I was told by the custmor service to disconnect hids. Take off batery. Connect hologens. Then turn off. Then connect hids and they should work. They worked for one full day an now today only drivers side again. I tried with relay and didn't really make a diff. If I mess around by connecting and disconnectly they eventually will both go on. I got both on today but when I turned the car an went inside an turned them on later only the drivers side. I have warning cancellers installed on both.

If i were you, I would remove the 'warning cancellors' as you call them, and just install the lights, see if they are making a difference. Start with something small like this and keep eliminating possible issues until you determine what is going on. Just my 0.02

Will try that. Also with our fuses. For the right and left head lamp. Would it help if I put a larger fuse in rather the 7:5. Putting a larger one would make it worse? Or better? See like right now they didn't work shut them off for a lil while and both went on after I connected n disconnected the left. Now I'm at the doctors an wondering if they will turn on wen I go out.....

Never replace a fuse with a larger one. Ever. In this case you should not need to.

This sounds like a case of an intermittent open circuit. Or a loose connection to the layman. Somewhere.
I had the same issue recently with my foglight HID's. It, in the end, turned out to be a broken wire in the base of the bulb. The bulb/glass envelope was fine-the wire came off the contact inside the base of the bulb.
It would work basically when it was cold. Would not re-light.

Good luck.

You should try and do some more troubleshooting before you go ahead and replace / buy / do anything else.

Try swapping the bulbs from each ballast, swap the ballast on either side..

See if you can identify if it's a bad bulb, bad ballast, or if it's a problem in your cars electrical system (which I highly doubt given the nature of these HID's)

(btw, you know our N/A crossfires have absolutely nothing to do with AMG right? you might have the worlds largest AMG sticker on your car that isnt even an AMG.. )
