How do you get to the spoiler motor from the hatch?

How do you get to the spoiler motor from the hatch?

My spoiler is squeaking from the inside so i was going to grease it up. I found the screw under the handle used to close the trunk but where is the screw on the left???? I cant find it

There is only 1 trim screw to remove. Then the entire trim panel will snap off. James
