oil extractor
When I bought the Black SRT6 coupe from a forum member he included a new oil extractor. I will find out how much oil it removes. I'll use it then put car on hoist and drain remaining oil and measure it. I will give results. Gary

Same with me. Mine pulled out the 8.5 quarts. I added a full 8.5 back in and low and behold, the dash board indicator game the thumbs up "OK" and the dip stick registered same level as what I checked before I used the extractor. Given that, I think I'll just use the extractor. When you finish your experiment, let us know your findings. Just make sure you baseline everything before you run your test otherwise your results may be skewed..............
I bought an 05 Red Blaze roadster last December with 15,000 miles on the clock for $15,000. I thought it was a great then and still do. I now have 22,000 miles on her. You guys talk about using an oil extractor to drain the oil. Any idea of which kind is the best? I used to use an oil extractor on my inboard boat but wasn't impressed with the job, of course that was back in the late '90's. Any suggestions on one of the better extractors sure would be appreciated.
Thanks,
