Headlight position question.

Default Headlight position question.

Just got the new HIDs put in 8k and there pointed at the ground.. :/
I know the ***** attached to the light fixture are supposed to adjust the position but I twist and....... Nothing happens. I cant see crap since there pointed straight at the ground. Any help?

The bulbs are installed wrong, they are not in the seat properly. There is no reason the lights need to be adjusted after installing HID's, in fact there is no reason the lights need to be adjusted after changing a regular bulb if they are seated properly.

The above comments are correct, but you may have inadvertently popped the adjustment out of the elbow on the headlight. If that's the case, the headlights would point at the ground (like mine were). If that's the case, tighten the plastic adjustment until it snaps back into the headlight, and then loosen it to raise the headlights.

I dont see howthey can be seated wrong with the clips secure.? Unless I'm over looking something.
The adjusters must be all the way out.

Tighten the adjusters until you feel them click back into place.

The clips fit even if they are way out as they just bend out of shape a little. The key is down on the low beams, and up on the highs. You can actually move the bulb while it is held by the clip and you may feel it snap into position.
