Default Spoiler stuck in raised position

I have recently had my car repainted but the soiler is stuck in the raised position. Any ideas why? The manual raise switch is flashing as well.
HELP!

ABS failure will do that..but you'd have a dash indicator.. rumor has it a low voltage from the battery will do it too.. kinda the first sign of impending failure..
Don't worry though.. your not the only one running around with your tail up.. LOL..
