High Mileage
Yes, the idicator really does come on. I had a stuck caliper at around 30k. It squealed as well but never got down to the base.
Yes, the very same car. What a huge mistake that I made. It won;t happen again, that is for sure. Still dream about the grunt that car had. I was only taken back by the rust - but I'm over that now.
53,000 on my 2004 black coupe!!! ( I picked her up last fall) Hard to drive her when it's nice, when I can take the HD!!!
I notice a vibration sound coming from the right rear wheel, not a tire but more like a bearing starting to go. Having it looked at ASAP. Otherwise I'm tinting the windows this season, and tires next season and she'll be broke in.
Oh! I'm getting 28mpg btw... But I don't beat her.... Much lol

Hi ,
Well winter has ended, took it for a ride today after 5 months of cold, it snowed again today.. my 2004 CF has 28,000kms in miles its less than 20k mi.... hoping to put miles on it , it has the eletronic rust protection module so not even the brake disques have any rust. With potholes that occasionally swallow whole cars i will never reach 100,000 miles..
My 04 Crossfire has 111,120 miles and doesn't burn any oil and still runs great. I autocrossed it for 8 years al least once a month and for most of that time twice a month. I still love the car! Bought it Oct 3, 2003.
Nice to know these babies can run for a long time even when used for autocross, can you believe it were in the middle of a snowstorm today and its April ! rally driving reminds me of my old Datsun 510 which i had setup with headers etc back in the late seventies, belies my age ...
Old Man winter isn't giving up this year...wonder how the CF reacts in snowstorms ? Perhaps I'll go find out ...:-)
Its nice to know these babies can take a lickin' and keep on tickin'. Im currently at 62K, but I'm looking forward to my 100K milestone. Wherever I'll be I'll make it a photo op. However, my family is currently planning who gets the car upon my death. Little do they know...they can take my Crossfire when they can pry my cold dead hands from the steering wheel.
Sitting at 159-160k on my 04 coupe and she still runs strong. Drive twice a month between Mobile and New Orleans and only had issue with flat front tire and once the CPS went out but was still able to get the car restarted and drove to the parts house to replace it in the parking lot. I really like my car and hope to enjoy it many more years

Fool them all, live long and prosper !
My son likes the CF, keeps wanting me to boost the horses but where can i drive it in ticket city here where politicians count on speeding tickets for their trophy projects, none of which are to improve our potholed roads of course. sorry for the rant but recently law enforcement is out of control !
My monster is racking up over 800 miles a week currently from the South Coast England up to North of Oxford 6 days a week.
I was getting concerned when she passed 45k miles, but the Chrysler agents said these things should be good for 250,000 miles at least.
and went on to say that this 3.2 litre engine was one of the most reliable and robust engines Mercedes ever made, and expects a well serviced and oil changed engine to do at least 250,000 miles without any major issues if not abused ... and Mercedes will only be interested in engines that have gone past 700,000 miles !!!!!! wow
Hell, the engine will outlast me . . . . .

I have a 05 limited, purchased at 32k and now I have 87k. LOL, so far I have run into issues but its expected since I drive my car spirited! I've had to replace both front wheel bearings and one hub assembly on the right wheel. Every 6k mileage change, new battery at 83k, replaced MAF sensor at 50k, resealed valve covers, changed plugs right when I got the car and so far only replaced brakes at 50k and rear rotors. Thus far car had been excellent!!!
