Default OFF topic technology.

Here is my new stove after a lightening strike killed the old one. It consists of a kitchen island with an Induction cook top combined with a Halogen light convection oven. It cooks at 1/4 the cost and five times faster. my build cost was $300. Overstock and Aldi's.... replacement microprocessor for the stove was $600. Gary..

Not bad, but nothing beats fries done in Waxoyl and liberally sprinkled with Epsom Salts cooked on a pellet fire.

I found the Convection oven heated with halogen light as interesting. It too, gives the cook precision control. the end product of both is superior with high energy efficiency... Gary..........
