Saw some old posts of members saying they had the driver's side window alignment problem and got it fixed at the dealer, no problem. My dealer doesn't have a clue...any idea what anyone did to fix it so maybe I can share that with this dealer?

Tell them to look up these TSB's. Hopefully one of them will cover the problem.

23-004-05 - Door Glass Misalignment
23-014-04 - Wind Noise From Top of Door
23-023-03 - Wind Noise

 

Did you try to get the dealer to check for Xfire TSBs? If so, what happened?

 

I referred by service manager to the TSB mentioned in the Xfire Forum. He removed the door panels to fix the wind noise and also adjusted the window alignment. Took all day, but the wind noise is gone.

 

As a new member, I really hope there can remain some sort of forum if this one does expire...this thing is great! And there aren't petty arguments like other forums so often have. Thanks for the help; I will have my dealer check for TSB's, if he knows what those are.
