Push to start
Wcaugherty, there is a lot more to a push button start on a Crossfire than a simple wire splice. The anti theft systems is integrated into the FOB and the switch. You would be creating more problems than solving any. In the upper right corner of the forum is a search box. Type in "push button" and search, read the threads, you will soon see only a very few have done the start button and they did much more than simply buying a kit.

Wcaugherty, Welcome to the forum. My wife and I are currently in North Myrtle Beach. We are spending the month of February on the Grand Strand. We will be going back home on Saturday. We have seen a blaze red coupe twice in North Myrtle Beach. Is that your car? We own a 2004 blaze red pearl coupe with 35K miles. I agree with the other comments on your post - don't try to have a start button installed and don't ever go to a Chrysler dealer. The Crossfire is really a Mercedes Benz 320 SLK. Look for an independent repair shop that specializes in European cars.
