Going to look at a 04 manual with 105k
Anything "special" to look at specific to the CF/CLK? Waterpumps one item correct?
Seller says AC compressor is bad, but everything else is good.

Compressors seldom go bad, be prepared for the chance the A/C issue is sensor/electrical in nature. There are a LOT of reasons the ECU will not engage the A/C pump.
Also, know that a clutch will run you $900-1500 so if the clutch is grabby or really worn, keep that in mind.
