I'm new here and need help for broken XFire
Unfortunately, the dealer doesn't have a body shop. But the facility I'm using was recommended by the insurance company...so you'd think that they would be pressing them. I think the body shop has convinced the insurance company that it's all Chryslers fault. Of course, Chrysler is claiming that the body shop doesn't know how to fix the car, or order the right parts. Yikes...what a freaking mess!
My attorney has sent them a letter saying that the car will be removed if it isn't fixed in ten days. We'll see if that does anything. I've called a couple of other body shops, but they really don't want to take something that's already been started somewhere else. It just might put another rock in the gears to change now. Maybe the letter will get them moving...I hope!
