8th Annual Fall 2014 - Tail of the Dragon GTG-October 3, 4, 5
Frank are you leading another "dust bowl" run?, I must secure my place before it gets overbooked.
For any newbies that is a joke only known about if you had the pleasure of running with Frank last fall, a very enjoyable but somewhat dusty run for lunch.
We will follow you Frank wherever you decide to go

I'm on the list but I need to add my city and state. It's Clermont Florida. I entered on the profile but I guess it didn't apply to list. Thanks Smitty

I doubt I can follow it up with a similar or better experience, but I will try.
Right now I want to put an excursion together for Friday, or Sunday that ends up for lunch at the Shiloh Brew and Chew on Lamar Alexander drive in Maryville. It is on one of the regular circuts so I'm searching for a narly alternate route to get there.

Anyone up for it, chime in.

As much as I have denied any involvement in that event last fall, it seems the media has made it immemorably my fault.

Franc: count me in for the infamous "Daniel Boone Run" like the one we experienced last fall!!!LOL...I actually developed a rattle underneath the rear... since has been fixed...Seriously, Franc, did have a nice time..looking forward to seeing you in Oct... Carl
This restaurant is well known for its cuisine. But recently they were in the news for their pro gun stance. Formerly "No weapons on the Premises," they noticed several gun free zones where people weree being assaulted. They also noticed after the sign went up, a loss of business from some of their regulars. So they changed their policy and now business is booming.
Gotta support a place like that.
I got a text shortly after responding.. "can your wife take you out to dinner".. Told her I'd have to ask.. LOL.. Needless to say steak was on my menu for some reason.. LOL

I'd like to go with the group and have lunch here
I'd prefer Friday but if it ends up being Sunday I'd still attend
I'm planning to do some riding with Danimal in his new Jeep
Hi Franc, We're "in" for your run either on Friday or Sunday (we would prefer it be on Sunday). Saturday I'll definitely be following ThirteenDog for the day where ever he may end up going.

Mostly decided at the group meeting on Friday night sometime after 9 PM at the Fontana Lodge
Frank, I may be too early for this but being a veteran of your ride through the woods, I would love to go with you for lunch Friday, but, I am not sure yet if I am coming, or if my wife coming. She didn't say but I think it was because there were not many women there last year. She said she didn't mind being the "Rose among the thorns", but...
She is going on a cruise with "The girls", so I will probably come to the Dragon by myself. I still have time to work it out.
