Is there an accurate count who is still attending, or should the event be canceled?
I plan to go, if there are no restrictions concerning Covid-19.

We are also canceling - we already canceled our hotel. I think we will still be dealing with the virus, and it’s just not worth the risk. We still have our reservations for the Ozarks!!!

Charlie Schmid has just sent me a message regarding this event

"At this point I would say cancel the "Snake" event.
I just canceled my reservation.
The "Snake" this spring is definitely CANCELED"

Our Contract reads:

Failure of individuals to cancel said reservation by 6:00pm on day of arrival would mean forfeiture of first night's room and tax.

WOW are they an easy place to do business with, usually, when you get a group rate, you can't cancel after 30 days before the event.
Since we got almost NO discount, they are treating us like any other customer, and letting us cancel at the last minute.

Our contract is with Holiday Inn:

Well, I finally called to cancel my reservation last night. Found out all reservations are cancelled by state order.

Here in Arkansas, all recreational lodging is banned. It appears that TN (and maybe most states) are the same.

Overnight Accommodations Temporarily Closed

All park cabins, lodges, group overnight facilities, and campgrounds are closed through April 30.
this time, upcoming reservations will be honored for arrivals beginning on May 1.
Online reservations will remain available for trips with arrival dates after May 15th.
