Come to the 6th Annual Spring 2013 CROSSFIRE "Tail of the Dragon"
Enjoy the accommodations at the Fontana Lodge in the beautiful mountains of Fontana Dam, North Carolina.
Enjoy meeting other members and some incredible driving in groups around the Smokey Mountains.

Tell them your booking with the "Crossfire Group" to be certain to get our group rate.
Our discounted lodge rates are $85 (with Our Crossfire Group discount)

Cut off date for this rate is February 4th so don't delay
After February 4th the room rate is $129

PET RULES AT FONTANA LODGE
$150 non refundable pet deposit
Yes I know this is absolutely unreasonable but that's the final answer from the director of operations
This has been a strict policy for 5 years now and has been implemented by the owners of the property
I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may cause some of our members but I tried to negotiate but was unsuccessful


Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled more than 30 days in advance of arrival are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee which will be retained from the deposit.
Reservations canceled within less than 30 days of arrival will forfeit the full deposit.
Please be aware that reservations that are shortened within the 30 day time frame will be charged for any days dropped.

No can do. Trucking to FL for a convention the month before so I won't be able to take any time off. We will be buried by then getting seed delivered. Use to like the spring dragon too. Just can't get away. Maybe when I retire for good. lol.

 

Only planning on the Fall Dragon again this year. I'll go on that list when it happens.

Didn't you hear? There was a pole inversion due to that Mayan thing... the spring IS the NEW fall!

 

Hopefully I will be able to come. January 15th will let me know...

With this group already RSVPed, I am not sure if I should sign up, or avoid at all costs

 

Just bring plenty of Bail Money.. you'll be fine.. LOL

 

Everytime I go to the Dragon I bring CASH for bail/ticket money, many others do too After getting pulled over doing nearly 70 in a 30 at the Dragon, I never leave without some greenbacks

 

So what have you decided Johnny ?

 

Got to talk to the boss (aka Molly) since we are finishing our basement, adding a bathroom, and replumbing the whole house, I may have to hold off till the fall, much prettier in my opinion anyway.

I am going to try, but we will see.
