Question oil smell in trunk

Bought a LOW mileage 2005 recently. When I open the trunk there s an oil type smell. Checked the hydraulic roof unit and the actuators. Does not appear to be any leaks although, the fluid level is at the minimum mark. Anyone else notice this? Any concerns or just wait to see what happens afterdriving it a while?

Purchased a '05 SRT-6 with 9K miles last week. Have noticed the exact smell round the vented rear panel in the trunk area. Has a oil/rubber smell to it. Wasn't able to locate any leaks. Smells like undercoating burning.

Check your door lock vacuum pump it is located under the carpet on the right side of the trunk area as you would look from the hatch opening.
