Hi
i had two wrenches made when i had trouble with my top. The reason i had them made is if you ever have to use this tool it has a sharp tip at one end and you have little clearance at the end and you could easily damage your top. I would sell one of these to you at 50 bucks which is my cost, if you ever have an interest let me know . It came in handy. The computer for my top went out and it was covered under warranty.

The tool i had made is shorter so you can not hit the inside of the roof with the sharp tip.

To those who think you don't have the tool, some have found them in the strangest places. Look in the rear under the mat all around the fix-a-flat kit. Look in ALL the pouches (one guy found his in the pouch behind the seats in the middle up by the umbrella hooks). Look under the seats, anywhere a flat tool can hide it could well be there. Oh, are all the tools the same? I have the one that came with my car and it looks like the one for the roadster, I have a coupe. So, be a detective and search out the car throughout, you might save a hunk o money!
