Does any one know what this means, a lighting bolt and 46200 code?

Bob54 - Not sure about a "lightning bolt" next to the odometer reading, which is what Steve Jr is asking. Maybe you're seeing this symbol, which is the FSS reminder.

46,200 miles without resetting the FSS. It's all in the owner's manual.

(Which is a surprise, since SO MUCH was left OUT of the owner's manual.)
