Default Survey Says?

OK so here's the survey. Does the car look better with or without the C R O S S F I R E across the back? Debating whether to remove it or not because once its off, its off. Whats everyone's opinion? I happen to love the Chrysler Logo and wings (reminds me of a great many other affluent logo's, ie Breitling, Aston Martin, Bentley, Invicta and many others) and I think the lettering although nicely done, takes away from the wings. What does everyone think?

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The first thing I did after arriving home from the dealer was to remove the Crossfire logo. I think the car looks much cleaner without it. If it had been a small logo on one side of the car, (SRT6 style) I most likely would have left it.

I also like the "old" Chrysler badge and wings. It drives people crazy trying to figure out what the car is. I always like the surprised look when you tell them it's a Chrysler.

No poll if your going to conduct a survey?

My 2 cents...without a fixed spoiler you are making a very sharp sloping looking rear section look worse...so my vote for non-SRT's...No...

Personally, I wouldn't touch it, but that's me...

Well I didn't wait for much of a response. 30 seconds from start to finish. Started from the "E" on the right and a piece of fishing line, no blow dryer/heat gun necessary. up and down motion while pulling to the left, tops 30 seconds all letters off. cleaned the area with "Goof Off" and picked off the rubber glue residue. polished with black swirl mark remover. looks great. can't believe the letters are just cheap plastic, thought they would have been metal. that's where the $10,000 difference is between us and the benz. they would have been metal on the benz!

To be fair plastic is just a more suitable material. Metal letters were attached with holes in the body, they caused rust etc... If you tried to glue metal letters on in the sun the temperature of the metal would soften the glue and the letters would probably sag.

Here in the UK VW allow you to specify the car without some badges, 2.0TDi ETC.

Also, FWIW ... plastic is much easier to plate with different finishes ...

If it came without the crossfire letters we would all be making something to put in the big blank spot...
Just something to think about.
The best bet it to do whatever hits your happy spot.
I like the emblem i think it is classy.
