Roof leak??
Those seals can be seated improperly (has happened to me), reseat them and you are OK.
ALSO:
It can be that the seals are dried out due to UV exposure (keep Roadsters in the garage, not outdoors, do not buy a roadster that has been sitting outdoors, as new parts are no longer available.)
It can be that the window's travel adjustment is off, the service manual details how to adjust how far UP the window goes.

Look at where the seals meet (yellow arrows) if there are gaps, your seals should be replaced. Unfortunately, new parts are not available.
Any Roadster not kept in a garage and out of the UV will have issues like this eventually. UV is ROUGH on those seals.
My Graphite was outside the last four years of it's life and I noticed drips at times just before the car was lost in an accident.
Perhaps you can "build up" the ends of the seals with RTV or another compound.
This is for Mercedes SLK but the Crossfire is similar, you'll have to remove the door panels. Here's a video

Messing with window adjustments cannot compensate for this, IF it's the seals. Tread carefully.
