Default Manual Convertible Top Process - Rear Bow

New to the group and working through an issue with convertible top for my 2005. I watched videos from Klaus and Pizzaguy on the manual process. Great videos!

When trying to lower the top after unlocking rear bow latch, the rear bow does not fold up to the vertical position. The rear bow only folds up about half way to vertical. So struggling to unlock and raise the tonneau cover with the rear bow not at vertical

Appreciate any advice or fixes?

Has the pressure bled off?

Are you doing this MANUALLY or are you saying the system is goofing up?

If manually, I'd think the system is still partly pressurized. Pulling the 25 amp fuse to the pump will fix THAT.

It varies by year and trim level. See the card in the underhood fuse box, driver's side. That card will mention "Roof Control Unit", it was fuse 5 in 2006 Base/Limiteds, not sure on other years or SRTs.
