Hopefully in a few weeks I can have most of the mods in my sig installed. Then I'll have my own beast.

2006 Roadster, every time I drive the little bastord I hear this little voice saying "Faster, faster, daddy please drive me faster!! I have to control this urge, with the help of my wife screaming SLOW DOWN,SLOW DOWN!! We were run over by tractor trailer last sept. We did not get our beautiful little roadster back until Dec. It still does the same dam thing- Faster, Faster, Go Faster!!

I have run mine up to 160 and the reflash of the ECU will allow up to 200. I have no idea if it will get to that speed or not yet....give me time and I will verify

According to the numbers, you need 436 whp to be able to overcome air resistance to get to 200 mph. That doesn't include the rolling resistance of the tires and wheel bearings.

P.S. Glad to see you've still got the SRT-6!

Glad too have you back on the forum, Abe.

Hated the notion that one of the SRT pioneers would drift away.

Thanks for your investment and info.

Welcome back Abe. Nice to hear you didn't sell the SRT6.

Hello,
I would like to upgrade my SRT6 with the cold air intake kit and the ASP pulleys (331380). Im new to this. Everything I see posted is for the 1 /4 mile times. I would be more interested in the 0 -60 seconds time. Would it make a bigger difference/ is it worth it, or is the performance up grade more on the top end. Also by changing the pulleys does it affect the engine in anyway as a daily driver. Im an old guy just looking for some more power passing cars on the highway and when I take off.
Thanks

You're about 13 years late on your post lol. Adding the Needswings DCAI you’re looking at around 25-30 hp. You won’t need a tune for that. When you start going into swapping pulleys is when you’ll need to worry about that. Our stock Supercharger pulley is 74mm and it seems to me the most common size used is between 65-69mm. There’s guys that have put 59 and 61mm pulleys but you’re pushing the motor hard and would really want to make sure you have supporting mods as far as cooling and fuel needs. That’s where things start to get expensive and IMHO I don’t think going that low is worth it. I’ve had mine going 7 years now and love the M112K engine but lately I’ve been contemplating on swapping in an M113K which is basically the V8 big brother to our engines with a bigger supercharger as well.

There’s all kinds of options to be honest. Maybe start a new post introduce yourself and you’ll probably get more input that way. If you’ve already done that disregard what I just said 😂

Man we worked hard back then to get in the 11s. This place was a great resource, lots of information shared for sure!
