Are you saying that the removal of the hoses increased your performance by increasing airflow?
That would run in the face of the cold air inlet concepts.
Please amplify your responce with specifics, who what when where and why, is this better, thanks Waldig

Lets see my car, this morning at CPT,Jerrys idea to pull them off for the second set of runs...probably 5 minutes after the first set of runs.
Dyno sheets will be posted later as I left them there with Jerry he will be posting them later.
And yes same thing I was thinking you want cheap HP just pull them off and 7 hp at the wheels!

Steve Hellums provided a great write up on the modification he did to his stock setup (minimal cost) that worked well.
You can also remove the plate on the back of the stock plastic Y-pipe and fab a filter to go there.. and pull all the air you need....
Yes I do have the needswings sitting on the shelf but had a time constraint today to come home and take care of my wife...she had skin cancer removed last night.
So the needswings and pulley and everything else will come....
Thanks again to everyone involved.

Nice Kirk(Riot)
I wanted to ask if you wouldn't mind telling me the website where you got the side mirror stickers
P.S. If you forgot who I am I was the guy who went with you and your friend to eat after the Heat Exchanger and plugs/wires were installed by Jerry in your garage. By the way thanks for lunch again!
