Or do you want a race day setup - Hot tune, race fuel, exhaust cut-outs, Drag Radial's etc.... Or some combination?

Exactly what I am looking for…..I consider yours the definition of a “Sleeper”!

Re: How much does it cost to run 11 sec ¼ mile?
Whats wrong with driving around on Drag Radials?
Only bummer is runnin the 17" rims it atracts attention and they know you are gunning for them on the street....
Nuttin like ripping chunks of asphalt up!!
I put 6 holes from three burnouts just last week in the Marina parking lot!
My boss bet me I couldn't do it....he lost a paycheck and then he had to pay me to cold patch the parking lot
What amazes me is I was consistently 12.7 inda 1/4 when I was stock....all this stuff later and I have pulled two 11.93 runs in one night and 33 12.3's the same night...so I call it a 12.3 car with my driving skills and the combo I have.
Until I can pull the triger consistently at a number I ain't gonna call it that...
Where I roll that will cost ya money
But yes it costs more to go faster....hell I used ta spend 30 ta 50k a year to consistently run 11 flat all day long in my boat,so I think we have one hellva bang for the buck...By now I would have blown two motors....and this thing still takes the beating I give it!
K.K.

Seems like most of you guys perfer the ASP 178 pulley. I realise the Needs Wings manifolds are just being bolted onto some of your cars. Giving the manifolds increased CFM capablity,Wouldn't the 185 pulley now be the better choice? As for the water pump pulley giving away,Does the replacement pulley look more durable? Gotta work up my mods 11 second price list! Don

If a car only runs 11 sec. in the spring and fall is it still a 11 sec. car? What do you call that same car in July? Racing is a summer sport, for the people who enjoy drag racing all summer long this question may be different for them than the the person trying to hit this number one time and call their car a 11 sec car for the noveltyfactor/bragging rights. If you want to run 11's all summer long that list needs to grow quite a bit.
Re: How much does it cost to run 11 sec ¼ mile?
good point... IMHO I would only call it a 12 sec. car if it can do a 12 sec. 1/4 mile 80-90 degree weather AND... on street tires with NO NOS.
But I'm sure taking a car thta can hit 11's in 60 degree weather on slicks IS STILL A LOT OF FUN... and timeslips are proof in the pudding

x2.............bring a 11.99(in 50 degree temp at sea level) car to vegas in July/August when track temps are 110-120* and elevation is 2200ft and you will be LUCKY to see a 12.6-12.7 out of it.
I just want an 11 second car for half the year and will settle for low to mid 12's for the hot months.

Now thats a Goal!
Another topic SVO.....What year SVO you runnin?
Had one of those "back in the day" Dial a boost in place where the e-brake handle was...Went thru like 6 turbos in 18 months....
One of them I blew on the downshifts
Nuttin like sending out a smoke screen when the turbo kicks in
K.K.
