What was your 60ft, and what octane gas were you running?
Were these passes with the NW intake manifolds installed?
One more thing, let me make sure i have this right...in 48-54 degrees ambient temp based on your zeitronics datalogger you are a 12.20 to 1 AFR @ 6128 at 18.4psi with the 178mm pulley...is this correct? Was this in 3rd gear? Where does it get the AFR readings from?

Read my first post, dang buicks. They are breaking the track all the time. One hit another car and took out the 60' lights in the process. Yep with the mani's on. I'm sure my 60' times were killer, but would be nice to know how low they were. My first pass at 12.008 was before the accident and with spinning the tires I had a 1.901, that's what brought the mph up.
I run 100 oct Torco racing fuel.
That will depend how hard you are running and what gear? If your in D and just cruising at 75 mph, it should be very conservative. Your seeing my at WOT during a drag race. This shouldn't be on the highway unless your in Mexico. You should be in the 11's or 12's unless your running leaner. Remember at idle the car is factory set at automatically at 14.7 so that shouldn't freak you out. It's under load that you want to see where your readings are at.

Cruzin, CONGRATULATIONS!
I wish I could get mine back to the track. We're watching the SNOW melt now. I cant wait for the tracks to open in the spring. Then I hope to join you in the 11's.

I knew you would get there!
It feels good doesn't it?! Haha. Well, congrats man! Welcome to the "11sec" club
I love the mph's as well! I ran 2 weeks ago and the weather was perfect again. Unfortunately, I only got to make one pass that day and guess what!? The timing system "glitched" and didn't record the run.
Luckily I had my trusty dynolicious running and it told me I went a 12.10@116, but after running side by side with a newer trans am that was running 11.50's that day (I had him by 1/8, but he walked on me by a car and a half at the end) I think dynolicous was a little off.
I think I would have been closer to 11's, but who knows.

Anyhow thanks a lot for all the info, your car is running great and its very helpful to see your experiences. Its time for injectors or "different" tune for me.
ps, one more thing...do you arrive at the track with 1/2 tank of 93oct then just add a couple gallons of 100 or do you arrive with an empty tank so you are trully running straight 100oct....also that is unleaded right?

The fuel is another secret I'll let out, I run only 100 octane all the time $$$. Muncho dineiro. Actually I'm just a tick below half tank after adding 3 gallons of 100 octane at the track, then 3 more before I head home. I don't drive much so I get to the track and a rare putt, putt around the block. That gas smells so pretty
I'm no expert driver but I do have some experience. One of the guys on the MB board joked about how many runs I have so I went to count my slips. Any guesses? Right about 250 passes!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought it was lower but I found some more I lost.
Cruzinquick
Very nice...Especially that 117 mph trap! So I guess the mani's would be next for me to get into the 11's.... Unless I can get to the track when the temps are lower, with more race fuel and with good traction... My 12.1's were in 70 degree temps with 1.7 60ft's. U Da Man!

I have to say that I was spoiled running in the 12.0's so easily after my tune. A few hundredths of a second were sure tough to get after that. I don't live in the friendliest climate. Although yesterday was to die for.
Evan, great job!! You must be in seventh heaven.
Dad is looking down with a huge smile on his face.
Keep us updated on the next shoot out. Hopefully
I will be able to make it.

Thanks RoncoSRT6. Yep he is smiling down and maybe pushed that wing just a little at the end. On the next shootout I'll try to have a date in the next week.
