above 5000 rpms you were seeing high IATs as well ~190... I would wager they are complimentary problems.

Sorry to say, I strongly don’t believe a flash tune will correct your fueling issue .

Distant, have you tried running your current setup with the stock tune (to check if it is lean up top in 3rd)?

Not a chance in hell the stock tune would be ok with my setup. I wouldn't even try that.

It was 177 get it right! :P lol No, but seriously, every tune I have had has done the same thing. The IAT problem is a new issue that I wasn't aware of before. I am going to check the IC pump just to make sure it's working. Then im going to try and get all the air out of the system and go from there. Might have to upgrade to the supercooler.

I'm installing my "secret weapon" this Saturday to address any fueling issues now. I will post results when it's completed.

I keep heearing supercooler this and supercooler that, but honestly I would worry about getting your temps WAAAAYYYY down first. Then once down, if you want to get them down a couple degrees more is fine...

immediately switching to the supercooler now when you know you have a IAT problem is like putting a poster over a hole in the wall...sure it may be good, but you still have a hole in the wall.

Remember I still have a stock pump and no cooling mods. Your IAT's would come into play if your not letting your car cool down before the first pass. Otherwise it's a non issue unless something is clogged and your getting no water flow whatsoever. Purge it and go from there.

The stock tune wouldn't be a bad idea. It would be way rich, no performance but at least you can get a read on your afr's. I ran with a stock tune, 178, and intake for about 6 months. Even if it's just to get a baseliine and start from scratch.

On the fueling issue, your running a 178. There shouldn't be a fuel issue. I don't have fueling mods either. Unless you swapped pullies and your not telling. hmmm...

This has been harped on by me way to much and I'm actually bored of it now. I preach safety in numbers specifically afr numbers and I always come out looking like a Needswings/InMotion lover and a EC/LET hater. For now imo InMotion is the best tune for the 178 hands down #1 choice Stage I, II, III, etc with no cooling or fuel mods needed.

There are many angles to shoot for in a tune. Distant your a drag racer like me. Think like a pro stock, and that's where you want your tune results to be.

Do you know what EC/LET is currently using? I am not talking about V2.

What are you IAT's on a cool day, around 50 to 70 degrees outside?

If you watch my "bracket racing the 6" video, you will see the A/F ratio spike at the end of the track. This run was with the pulley, single intake, LET HE and NO TUNE(long story short, I thought I had a tune, but there was no tune to begin with)! That is it. In good weather, the car leans out regardless of what tune or no tune I had.

I will know better as I log more. I haven't really been keeping an eye on them until recently.

the reason i asked is i have some recent datalogs on my car on cool days 50 to 66 degrees and you could compare the IAT's if you wanted.

i think i still have some taken on a 95 degree day too if you want me to hunt for them.

The day I logged the 177 was on a fairly cool day. Probably right around that 65-70 deg mark.
