Great gas mileage!
Just got back from a trip. Filled up the day before I went, drove pretty hard for about 30 miles. Then on the trip I drove pretty gently, never getting over 80mph.
Anyway, going by the odometer and how much gas I used, I got 27mpg on that tank!!!!
What was the difference from normal? Well the mostly gentle driving was a big part. But another thing, I used real gas, not that 10% ethanol crap you find most of the time.
So it really does give better gas mileage. It cost a lot more, at $3.29 per gallon (vs $2.75ish normally) but it is more efficient.
I would say how much more efficient than equal driving, but I've never had that much gentle driving in a trip before.
I'm going to sleep now.

That is actually pretty good on the SRT.
Most of us get 23 to25 MPG just driving.
Those of us who drive like teenagers, you all know who you are, get much less.
Me, I drive like a responsible grandpa....
Ask anyone....

I took the Aero out to Wyoming in July and cruising at 82 (most of the way is posted 75) most of the time I got 23mpg. I was pleasantly surprised as I was thinking it would be more like 20mphg....
The SSB got 24mpg on two like trips(3000 miles round trip each)....
26 - 27mpg would seem doable if driving a conservative 65....

I think the highest I've gotten on a "highway" tank was 22...
I usually get about 17-18mpg per tank all city miles to/from work...maybe less...I'm lucky if I get 200miles out of a tank before I decide to fill it up...unfortunately it is all 10% ethanol around here, and the original EPA estimates on this car were NOT with 10% ethanol gas.
I have never ever seen 25+ mpg... Even if I drove 1mile and filled up it wouldn't work out that well...guess those are the detriments of the modifications, oh well...at least I get up to 80mph pretty quick, then have to set cruise control or else I'm at 100+ mph without even noticing.

I'd never had that good either. It's almost all ethanol around here, just one or two without it. Best I can remember I got 23-24mpg right after I bought the car, and that was a really long drive at a steady 65mph the whole way. But I think the ethanol free stuff really makes a difference.
