There is a good write up by TAZ2005 with pictures. Do a search for the following:

Replacing the IC Pump with CM30P7-1 Johnson Pump

If you are going to remove the front bumper to do this follow Steps 1 - 11 in my "How to Super Cooler" thread to remove the bumper.
