New-to-me SRT6
The Maxcare warranty depends on the cars' INSERVICE DATE and mileage. Try to find out the date and call a Chrysler dealer. The 61K mileage might be an issue, or not make it worth while ..... they are not bashful about what they charge, but some dealers will negotiate a better price, so check around. Good Luck ....
Edit: are you sure the owner doesn't have a warranty on it. They can be transfered one time....

Dealer didn't offer me a Chrysler option when I bought mine w/12k in February.
They offered me a 3/36 snout to tail warranty for $1,900 or so through Santander Financial. I passed.

There's a forum owner in Detroit with 194k on his SRT6. I'm not convinced it's worth it since so much is considered wear parts or maintenance. You might be better off banking the $ for eventual repairs. I regret buying the dealer warranty on my roadster -- $1400, 36k on the car, and never used it. It expires 5/7/2012, so maybe I'll get some value. The only thing wrong is a TPMS icon and I bet when I replace the tires and have the sensors rebuilt, it goes away.
