yes it does, and no it won't We had to write new code and design a new way to interface with the TCU itself. You can't flash via OBD to the tcu!

But you also have to take into concideration we have a few hundred hours into the code development as well as thousands into equipment to do so.

If this were for a mustang or civic the market would be there to offset the costs associated with making ends meet from a business perspective. But alas that is simply not the case. Unfortunately the X-fire crowd is getting thinner by the day!

I think any big purchase'll probably qualify you. AKA tune or pulley. Though I'll let them clarify.

I am all over this, I can't stand the stock autostick configuration. $349 is reasonable enough to take the plunge (course I did spend over $1200 on an ECU/pulley combo).

alrighty jake as soon as i recover from screwing up my rear caliper i just spent 100$ on thermal coating then stripping the inlet threads out of it!! put me on the list. were do you want it sent? tx or il?
btw i want a shot at that white beast next timmayfest!!

you have no idea doc!. finally got the car rolling after 2 months on jackstands and decided sunday to replace the rear lines with s/s and install my konis for the dragon. last line start to bleed the system, leak. remove use some plumbers tape reinstall , leak. remove clean more tape reinstall and crap!!! spins like a yo yo!! ripped the threads completely out! now searching for either another caliper or a way to safely rethread this one. if i get another it has to go to trob for coating then to me for install all in less than 2 weks!

Very close to the same thing as the other guy, but not remapping the winter mode etc.

 

The next time you guys come down our way for another dyno/tune, I'd like to possibly have this done. Do you think this may eventually wear out the tranny sooner? I had a Taurus SHO back in the 90's with a quicker shifting mod and it took it's toll on the tranny. Hopefully the AMG tranny is built tough enough. Thanks again guys!

...so I bring both. I'm pretty sure an update to my two year old tune wouldn't hurt either, and cut me some slack I typed that while trying to avoid doing work...Mistakes happen.

...I wish I was coming at the end of the month (and may still)...but had to come home at the beginning of the month to take care of some things. I'll see what I can do about getting down for the mile. You're flying into Houston and driving over right?
