Can you up shift from a stand still in W? How about down shift in S? If you can check that for me that would be awesome. I will owe you!

I do not have the TCU tune yet. My comment about not shifting was made out of frustration due to poor soldering. I do not have any issues. I hope you are able to run down the problem with the setup and tune.

 

Damn, lol ok. I may just put the rear on jack stands and see what happens. I so want to be the first SRT6 in the 10's w/o spray.

 

Tried mine in w 1 and 2 only in s can move shifter and will show all shifts up and down . I like the way the shifts are now, like a manual trans without the need to use the clutch , Is that the info u needed? Dan

 

I'm only a little jealous here Doc. It would be so cool to have that setup. I know that I want to get at least the TCU flash. I'm having a hard time keeping up w/ you Modders.

 

Make sure you let the guys at Eurocharged know that you want it done, maybe we can coordinate a bay area day in the future.

I sooooo want this mod but haven't been able to organize a date to get everything taken care of.

 

I originally thought I wouldn't do it...but I do play with the roadster on the twisties, and it looks like it belonged in the car all along. Expensive, for no more that it does, but, now I think they should have been standard on the XF...lol... When I go up to Speedriven for the TCU upgrade on the two cars, I will have Rudy do the paddle install...I am not touching that steering wheel... I won't put this mod in the coupe...just wouldn't be drag racing not to have that right hand on the shifter...lol

 

Just to be clear, the paddle shifter Mod leaves the autostick fully functional
... best of both worlds Doc ...

 

I'm still waiting to see someone's before and after time slips from the racetrack...

2 questions for anyone who already has there tune, in S mode does the car rev to 6500 rpm with the tune or does it keep stock redline, will it still have the faster shift in S as well?

 

1 . in s it revs to 6500! but i believe that can be set to your preference when programmed
