Seems you have exactly the mod I'm looking for, I missed to order it 8 years ago....
On whitch software release do you build on? As far as I know on the SLK32, Siemens TCU, there are
A 030 545 20 32 replaced with
A 030 545 23 32 replaced with
A 030 545 29 32 replaced with
A 030 545 30 32
The earlyer version couses sometimes a hard shifting from 1 to 2.

he manually shifts (you can see his hand and hear him slap the stick)
The point is you can see how fast 1-2 is without losing RPM....

Can you give us an idea of how much quicker the shifting is with the TCU tune? Stock when you manually shift it takes "like all damn day" to shift. In fact IMO manual shifting is nothing but a waste of time with the stick transmission tuning - the auto shifts much faster.

Scenario 1: You are at a stop light. You put the car in autostick "1". You floor it. Wheels spin slightly, traction control light comes on for a brief moment, car shifts at 4,000 RPM. ANNOYING. 1/4 mile would be ruined.
Scenario 2: Same situation. Traction control off. Car doesn't shift early. You are plowing through the RPMs... 4k... 5k... 6k... slap the autostick to the right to shift cause you just want to feel the control of shifting yourself.

Ok now it finally shifts, after about 2 seconds of jerking and impatient waiting. ANNOYING.
I want instantaneous shifts on my command, and I want them to only come when I tell the damn thing to. Does this mod fix these issues?
