Okay, I got the instructions to use more shims. And probably try to bend it a bit so it will become more even all around. Trying this tomorrow.

easy. Always try to stay on a good note. Even if some uses a more negative tone

First thing is to try with an additional shim. If any strange noises I'll take it with me when popping over. The hq is in Houston?
I have been following this from the start. My sc pulley when first installed with no additional shims was a bit tight. I had already ordered the shims, and they arrived a couple days later. I installed several of the shims. I rechecked the clearance it was at .18. I had another shim left so I removed the pulley again. Added the shim ,and I had .3 clearance. Another couple days later I just check it again ,and no clearance. The unit is tight. It can be moved by hand but still pretty tight. I can move the outer ring of the pulley by hand to create the correct clearance.the next time I drive its tight again. It feels like there is very little spring action to put the unit back to spec when I shut it off. As soon as I drive the magnet in the super charger housing pulls it tight and there it stays.I do not have any noise issues that I am aware of. I am concerned that it will just wear itself out over time.

I am at work now but heading home soon to do some work on the SRT. I'll use the shims and if still noise I am taking it with me. But it is worrying if not even the shims makes it ok...
Not to be a negative fart but it seems like the quality on the SC pulley buggers are somewhat lousy?
Eurocharged is in Houston however they just moved to a new address. If I am reading there email correctly, there new address is below.

My experience w/ the new pulley is pretty much the same as ModlessG, although I feel that I'm getting a slight harsh engagement at times(binding maybe?). Do these things need to break-in? Other than that, I'm loving the added boost.
Anyways, I actually just looked at it, tried bending it a bit to get out the uneveness. Seem to have worked. I will start engine in an hour to hear whether the sound is still present. Now, question remain as you said, break in period, wear and tear, spring to soft and other problems?
See video below. There is one thing that rotates a bit uneven, what is that and is it supposed to be like that?

I have the exact same sound at the moment except mine happens when the car warms up. What I noticed is where the belt loops around the idler pulley it "hangs" over the edge of the pulley by 0.5mm. I tried loosening the tension and pushing the belt back so it relaigned flush on the edge of the pulley. When I restarted the ca0,r the belt immediately shifted to the orginal "over the edge alignment" and made the exact same squeaking noise when it did. I assumed it was the idler pulley and ordered a pulley saver kit from Needswings. Even if that doesnt work, still cheap insurance. Just as an aside, my factory pulley did not have any shims and there is some every so slight uneveness on the pulley backing plate. Also since installing the new pulley I have placed approx 200-300 miles a week and have only encountered the issue only 2 weeks ago. I will subscirbe to the thread with great interest. Just my 2 cents.

Hi,
Sound is still there. only when cool. Is it harmful for the car? btw, can anyone with a great eye watch my latest video and see if the thing rotating a bit uneven is supposed to be that way...

If you are talking about the washer between the pulley and the retaining bolt it should not be an issue .....that is the only "thing" I see rotating unevenly. So the spacing looks correct and the clutch engages as it should and you still have the noise?
