You dropped something down in front of the motor and it slid underneath on the plastic skid panel.
There's an easier way to get to it.

No toolbox?
Consider your man card revoked.

1/4" and 5/16" sockets.
Someone said the 5/16" socket can be used to remove the CPS. The 1/4" one ?

Ding ding ding, we have a winner as it pertains to the commonality, the CPS .
The 1/4 is used to remove the hose clamps for the driver-side Needswings Intake tube and breather hose clamp.

Car wouldn't start after filling up while at the gas station, cranking but would not turn over. Waited about 5 mins and tried to start her again, success and got the check engine code. Google the code while at the gas station, CPS is the culprit. Thanks to the forum, I already knew it was being temperamental because of age/heat. Driving home, the car stalled out while in the turning lane and had to wait approximately 15 mins before she would start again.

Finally made it home, let her cool down then began the in/out patient surgery. I used 3m tape to temporarily secure the CPS bolt to the socket, once it is tighten down the tape will give way. Thank you for playing!
