I can't log the injector duty cycle. The dyno shop tried to tap into one of the injectors but didn't have success either. Therefore I don't know exactly where I'm at. Sigh ..... I don't wanna but if all youz guys say it's so, it must be so. I'll find a way to slip them on the Christmas list along with all the Ground Control goodies.

You know Les I thought I was done a long time ago. Rudy comes up with a 62mm pulley. It makes me do a fuel pump change. That means another tune. Then i find out the TCU can allow us to change rear end gear which I would have done at the Wavetrac mod. Now I have spare fuel rail to play with. I don't think it will end. The cars are my only hobby except for a firearm purchase now and then. But my part-time income is gone thanks to my recent injury. I guess I'm just venting but it is so much fun for this ole guy to keep making it a little faster. I could have had 1 hell of a Camaro built by now. But it would just be another Camaro lol.

I can help you log your injector duty cycles. If you are interested, send me a PM

Another Latemodel21 goodie?

I am still running rich but can't decide if opening the exhaust to try and lean it out or just call Euro and get them to do a custom tune. There is a dyno up the road and I may get them to verify what my wideband is showing.

I think my goal would also be part of the FTS as the daily driver.

have some real logs from a couple 1/4 mile passes finally. Strange how the AFR starts rich and then by the end of the run leans out. I am also really surprised that with just a 62mm SC pulley I was showing up to 21 psi of boost. The last few logs the boost readings were really really low and not consistent so I am wondering if it failed. I also threw the P0108 over boost code on the last run.

Here is a log spinning most of the way down the track, I suck with street tires.

Here is the other log with more consistent TPS and RPM but the boost is readins are wrong

You're running dangerously lean. I doubt you trapped faster than 112mph.

Jesse, where do you have your Zeitronix boost sensor located?

I ran some logs on Friday just normal driving and things are reading normal again. I have the sensor on the passenger upper intake manifold.

What is everyone considering "normal" AFR? Forced induction should be around 10.8 - 11.2 at WOT. The extra fuel is needed for cooling, so if you are seeing 12.something you are still way lean.

I have read here through past threads that 12 something would be as lean as we should be but 11 something would be ideal. I have really found out a lot in the past few months about the fuel system on our platform from this site and related links. I like that there is a science behind it and it changes from car to car.

Hey Jesse, with the 62mm mine looks kinda like that. Not quite so lean, but the spike comes in around 5300 rpm / 19.1 psi boost. I also see boost upwards to 21psi at times. Been through a bunch of tunes and can't get it under control... so I've got my stock pulley pack on for now.

Without injectors and a better pump you will never be able to tune it.

Between logging boost at the manifolds vs logging boost at the Y-pipe, which location produced higher boost reading and why?

I never took it at the Y but I believe boost would read higher at the Y because the air hasn't expanded into the manifolds yet.

Wow, that is high boost numbers you got there. How is that possible? I have the 61mm pulley mounted but never see higher boost then 19.6PSI.

I have actually a secret for you. There is a MAP sensor looking exactly as the OEM one but are capable of 3.5Bar instead of the OEM that only can handle 3bar.

I have bought one for my self, don't have the part number but I can check it out for you by tomorrow. You would need a retune though

/Adam

How do you get the boost signal? Through the OBDii from DashDaq or through the Zt-2 brain or is there a way to utilize two without confusing the system?
