Default Oil cooler coolant leak

Looks like my SRT has a coolant leak at the bottom of the oil cooler on the outboard side (where the coolant lines are located). Right now the leak is very small, more like a seep. I can see a small build up of antifreeze scale on the bottom edge of the cooler. Does anyone have any experience with an oil cooler leak? Can the cooler be repaired / welded? If not it looks like my best option might be an independent MB shop that can order one from Germany for $ 480. Chrysler wants $ 1100 for the cooler. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There are o-rings that can be replaced, but that is for the oil passages. I actually run an external air/oil oil cooler so I have my stock coolant pancake (28k miles) sitting in my tool box. PM me with an offer if interested.
