Default do the Johnson CM30 pumps go bad?

Bought my 6 alittle over a year ago. I actually bought it with a bad OEM IC pump. I replaced it with a Johnson CM30 pump and up until about a week ago i am now getting frequent loss of power. One red light i have full power, then the next red light i have ZERO boost and car stays in vacuum. I replaced ALL sensors less than 6 months ago back in July with authentic Bosch sensors. I also find it very weird that a few weeks ago i decided to start keeping the belly pan off the bottom of the car to help let the heat air out. After i did that, i just ended up having to replace my starter cause it failed, and now im suspecting my IC pump going bad. Needless to say ive put the belly pan back on. I never drove the car in the rain although it is exposed to rain in the driveway. This is the first "power loss" issue ive ever had with the car.

Mine only lasted about a year. Also check #13 fuse. Mine kept blowing the fuse before it finally died.
