Eurocharged SRT6 October Sale!!!
You can gain up to 30HP for the SLK.
Just finished installing my new Eurocharged performance flash tune........WOW ! what a difference ! My "butt dyno" and rear tires smoking tell me they did a great job. What a great bunch of people over at Eurocharged, I did have a glitch with the install I was using an OLD Dell laptop still running Vista.....(barely good for anything). It wouldn't load the drivers needed, one call to their support team and they remotely loaded all the drivers I needed, it was a breeze from there. The instructions they sent where spot on, follow them and it's a piece of cake to do. My first time dealing with them and have nothing but a very good experience to report. Car actually idles smoother also.......don't know how they fixed that but that's a plus for me. LOVE my SRT6 even more now. Didn't have the money for a pulley but for ME this is exactly what I need. Just wanted to pass on my experience with Eurocharged.
We did Eurocharged tunes on 3 crossfires here one morning a few months ago, No problems, all 3 went great. Really easy install using my Lenova / win 10 laptop.
One tune was on a NA coupe with the usual intake and TB mods and it goes Real well now , surprised its owner and me !
I have now ordered a TCM tune for my srt6 roadster along with a new ECM tune too. I cant wait !!!

The ECU should be on it's way to us at the customer's convenience. We will then unlock and put the tune on it for him. (:

PS.. do you guys have a "money back" guarantee on the tune? I had contacted you guys a while back on my Roadster (3rd car between my wife and I).. I've tuned the other 2 .. #3 without a 74mm throttle body (upgraded on others) runs out as good as them (2HP under per Torque Pro). I had hooked my computer up to it and sent you the ecu file.. and was told in brief.. it wasn't tuned. Does that file actually contain enough information to accurately determine this (no parameters vary from OEM) .. or just basic information such as Vin..? I just don't want to drop $300 to find it runs the same because "XXX" companies tune was done in the past with an untraceable history.
Any thoughts on "why" it locked while attempting to flash it back to the tuned file? Just basically looking to "add" to the collective knowledge here on do's and don'ts .. NOT on a witch hunt here..

No, we don't have a money back guarantee per say. But we will do a refund but there's a 25% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable.
We would need the ECU to find out if it was tuned or not. If you purchase a tune from us, we would send you a cable to help you read and write the tune. And after that your ECU will be in our database, so then we will be able to look it up again.

It could be one of many reasons. The OBD II was kicked out during tuning process, the key was turned off at the wrong time, the car ran out of battery, etc.

As I noted.. already a 2 time customer with our other 2 Crossfires.. and had hooked your setup to #3 for obtaining the file we email you, for a possible "tuned or not" evaluation. You did already confirm it did not have "your" tune on it prior to me sending the file - verified via VIN...
Okay good.. most likely "operator error" during flash..

I'll pass at this point. My math says $75 "discovery fee" plus shipping (25% restock) if there is no difference in performance. Sounds like I just need to data log what I can with my 2 that are tuned as a "baseline" for my 3rd one.
