Default Electrical problems!!!

Hello everybody.
I have a 2005 SRT-6 and the fog lights stay on all the time. Anyone experience this problem? I'm guessing the headlamp switch is bad. Switch is N/A. Any Ideas?

Here is the biggest problem. Something is draining the battery. Looking for possible solutions. Looking for parts! Window switches, headlamp switch.

Besides rotating to turn on park and headlamps the switch also has a push pull function to turn on the fog lamps. Is it possible you just need to push in on the ****?

Check for water in the trunk bottom (below the foam inserts where the tire kit is). Sounds like the locking module is under water or wet. Good luck!

It isnt the switch, it's the security module in the trunk.

And the only way to find what is draining a battery, is to insert an ammeter in the battery ground lead and do this;
  • Close doors and trunklid
  • Make sure key is NOT in the ignition
  • Make sure dome light times out
  • Wait three minutes
  • NOW, what is the current flowing? Anything over .055amp (55 milliamp) is out of tolerance.

IF you see too much current, start pulling fuses until the current drops to where it should be - the last fuse pulled is the clue.
If you see NO currrent, you have the meter setup incorrectly or you have a blown fuse in the meter.
