Cleaned up relay wiring and off to do some more “phone recording” data logging.
once the afr ratio is done being dialed in I’ll retune the meth then off to the dyno for nitrous tuning.
getting closer.

Working on my tune with vtech.
it is going well and he has answered all my questions and we are getting it dialed in. I would recommend them. Low on price high on quality!
getting closer to dyno time. Then I can tune the nitrous.
any thing I need to know to tell my coworker that runs the dyno? Run it in 3rd or 4th? I have a manual mode tcu so it will stay in gear. Any fuses I need to pull?
thanks for any input.

Vtech was easy to work with and the car feels great no dyno results yet but did get some nitrous testing in and all is going well. Car pulls hard.

I am interested in what your afr's were,,your boost, also what shot are u r running is it wet or dry ,
the last car i ran nitrus on was my pt cruiser 12.07 @ 112
as you know my V8 crossfire was 10.65 @130. my now crossfire V6 100 % stock ran 13.25 installing a 3.90 rear will run again in few weeks to see what the 3.90 gears can do for it.
Years ago we contacted the supercharger manufacture to find out the the max speed we could push the supercharger, I am answering this from memory, max rpm 22,000 rpm, units tested to 28000 rpm, in stock srt6 the supercharger runs stock 16000 rpm and 19lbs of boost equals 20,000 rpm , nitrous gas will harden the coating on the SC blades over time, it will break up and your SC boost drops to almost aspirated don't forget this in from memory.
as for my car before my V8's my srt6 was maxed out but no nitrous pulleys were 178 lower and 65 on sc speed of SC was 23,000 and boost was 19 the car ran (a few times 11.97 low to 11.99 most of the time it was 12.0 to 12.1... i ran this car 3 years and 472 runs doun the 1/4 mile don't forget ,,you are only critical when you are at W O T and that is only for a few seconds. my V8 i ran over 700 runs with 0 breakage, the V6 i have now only has 6 runs on it with 120,000 miles i have been replacing every seal, pulley ,water pumps hoses, filters . suspension rear with all adjustable, front bushings , steering and any thing i can find that needs replacing. i will be at Orlando speed way before the end of the month jim

New sticky tires have arrived.
I went with Toyo proxys tq as I was able to get them local and on special. M/T are back ordered everywhere. For a drag rim I have something different planed. Got the idea form someone else doing fast srt stuff.

MB spares. Going to remove the raised print that is molded in them and refinish them.
they are light!

Update. Did a couple test runs on the street.
12.4 according to dragy. Only a 2.0 60’ I need to work on that. Use to hit 1.7-1.8 consistently. That will bring it down considerably.
before this round of mods I ran 11.9 once and usually 12.0-12.2 at the track so we are getting close.
the 12.4 is on the street with a nitrous tune that has less timing (no nitrous spraying). I think with a good launch I could pull a 12.2 or better as it sits.
Im getting it dialed in but even with the tweaked intakes, fuel upgrades, injectors and tune from this round of mods I’m not sure if that will compensate enough with the new nitrous tune with less timing to hit my old times.
I don’t want to keep switching tunes. I want to run the nitrous tune all the time so it’s just ready to go.
I am seeing 10.9 afr for a second then it climbs to 12.2
ill get this sorted then we shall she what she runs on nitrous.
I have done some test hits to get it all working and spraying afr close. It pulls hard.

It finally happened. Got time to dyno it and finish jetting and setting up the meth and nitrous.
443 hp and 480tq
car makes good power with my mods when not spraying even with my vtech tune that has timing removed for the nitrous.

I was having trouble regulating bottle pressure consistently with a thermostat controlling the relay. Upgraded to a pressure switch and was able to dial that in better. I also add a transducer so I can monitor the pressure from the mini controller screen.
worth the extra bucks.

The weather got cold before I made it to the track to get some 1/4 mile runs.
I did pretty pull off a 4.1 0-60mph
