When I bought my xf cleaning the wheels was by far the most time consuming chore that I had to do. 36,000 and my guess is that they were never really cleaned. I have been using a tired old California Duster with a broken handle to keep mine clean. You have to be careful around the brake calipers since it's a tight squeeze and where there are wheel weights on the wheel. It fits nicely in the wheel openings and it reaches to the back of the rims. Ceramic brake pads are moving higher and higher on my to do list.

I know that feeling! Have touched mine up since painting them and now back to "perma dirty" again.. LOL.

Fronts with drilled rotors still sitting in living room floor.. wife's new toy has taken a priority to playing with my car.. couple more changes on her's and hopefully I can get back to some love on my car!

I found (of all things!) a toilet brush that I might try to speed up the process...I was going to put it in my rechargeable drill, used on low speed...
