Default Interior cleaner

There is some sort of substance on the inside of my door (I'm fairly sure it can be removed) and water on a wash cloth wasn't able to take it off. What can I used that will safely remove the substance without damaging the material?

Which material?

Plastic? WD40

Cloth? Blue Coral Carpet and Upholstery Spot Remover.

Leather - Zaino cleaner and conditioner.
My daughter came to me the other day almost in tears....gum on her brand new Audi leather seats. An ice cube, some gentle persuation with a finger nail and some of the above mentioned product and its good as new.

Not plastic...it's the material that covers a majority of the inside of the door. It feel like it would be leather, but maybe it's not.

Okay, cool. I'll take a look for it at NAPA. Thanks Pat.

Rock...you won't find Zaino in NAPA. Go to zainobros.com. It's called z9 leather in a bottle. It cleans ALL of your interior pieces except for glass, clear plastic, and carpet.
