Thumbs up Appreciating any advice

Fortunate to have been given a 2001 320SLK, I am so in love with the Crossfire that I am hoping someone can tell me what interior parts are interchangeable. Or can be with slight modifications. In particular I feel this older SLK would come to life if I was able to use:
1. The Center console.
2. Radio and entire center section
3. Door handles
4. Speaker covers
5. Seats.
6. Anything else from the Crossfires work of art .

Thank you in advance
My regards
and respect

Thumbs up Re: Appreciating any advice

Dan,

Thank you. However, I am confused and/or not that bright. Not used to forums. Am I missing something as to references to interchangeable Crossfire and SLK parts?
Regards,

If you can get your hands on a 2000-2003 Mercedes SLK brochure and compare the interior to the one in the Crossfire.....you will find that except for materials...they are almost identical. MB have a dual cupholder above the center dash air vents (spill your coffee on your radio). Where the crossfire has a power plug/cigar lighter..the MB SLK has a cubby hole for a cell phone or something. The dual temp rollers are a little different but in the same place with the same function. The SLK 320 (V6) has wood where the Crossfire has a silver finish for the center console. Radios are different. Just visit a MB dealer who has a used SLK 230 or 320 to see the similarity.
