Kleemann tuning kits for Crossfires.
Hi,
I assume everyone who drives a crossfire knows, that beneath the hood lies a Mercedes 320 engine. I'm posting this message to inform you that, you can add a variety of kleemann tuning kits to these motors. Kleemann is a company that specializes in the tuning Mercedes vehicles.
I've had many crossfire owners call me looking for Kleemann kits for their vehicles. If you are interested in tuning your vehicle with a Kleemann kit please feel free to e-mail me at: oakridgeauto@bellnet.ca or call (905)338-3131 and we can discuss this further.
You can view the kleemann website at: kleemannusa.com
Thank you for your time.

I would like to see a car with the ECU upgrade and maybe a pulley kit to see what the final result is. I'm not going to supercharge so if I can get an extra 20 ponies i'll be happy.
Please supply this as its well within budget.

Hi,
For your vehicle we can do an ECU upgrade which is priced at $1,000.00 usd. and that will take you up about 12 hp and 12 lb/ft. Right now we're backordered on pulley's so I can't give you a price or know when the next shipment is coming.
If your interested in getting your ECU programmed give me a call (905)338-3131 or e-mail me and we can discuss this more.

$1,000. are you kidding...that's very high price for that little of gain.
i was quoted $650 at a kleeman dealer in fl for my srt6 and the pulley upgrade was $2,350.
$3,000 for everything installed and that equated to an approximate 75 hp gain.

It won't be 75 hp, I can promise you that. I'm installing the RennTech pulley and computer on friday. I ran my car at the track this past thursday and will do so again this weekend or following thursday to compare/contrast the difference. I imagine, under the same conditions in the 1/8th mile, it's worth about .2.

The car runs in NASA TTD & TTE as well as SCCA T3, We will be campaigning the car nationally next year. Your company logo will be prominently placed on the race car and drivers suit.
Hi,
These are just the prices that I'm given directly from Kleemann USA with my dealer pricing catalogue.
As for sponsoring your race car, We're currently working on our own racing program. So right now most of our funds are focus on that. But if you would like to submit to us a little more information on yourself and your vehicle we can take a look at it and see if we can help you out one way or another.
Thank you,
-Mike

I would like to say that Cory at Kleeman is one AWESOME guy. Him and I have exchanged emails for the past week. Had I not given my word to RennTech about buying the pulley/ecu from them, I would have gone with them. He has been more than willing to help in some area's outside of my SRT-6.
They seem like A+ guys.

That sure is a hefty price tag on the ECU upgrade. If I'm gonna drop $1,000 for a reprogram, I think I'll just purchase a standalone ECU that's fully adjustable with my laptop. Probably cost me $2,500 but at least I get to do the programming.
You guys at Kleenman are trying to clean out our wallets, haha.

$84 per horse...That is probably to the crank > 4-6 at the rear wheel. I'll take someone's spare tire out and remove your seat motors for cheaper than that and you will probably get more from that. Not trying to bash...but it sure is hard not to at that price!
Yeah, I think Kleenman is used to dealing with higher end customers who don't give a damn how much it cost, they just want as much power as possible price not an option...
They forget that we're Chrysler guys, not the upper crust snooty Mercedes owners.

Divulge!
10 gallons - 91 octane pump gasoline
8% C3H6O (Propylene Oxide)
8% C3H7NO2 (Nitro Propane)
13.5% C7H8 (Toluene)
.125% Marvel Mystery Oil
I will guarantee you a 6-8% hp increase. Or if you just want to buy the stuff off the shelf,
http://www.motorsportsracingfuels.co...Additives.html
PURE POWER SUPER BLUE 007 - Using one gallon Super Blue 007 to treat four gallons of gasoline increases a boost in horsepower of 10-12%. Has no effect on dielectric meter. Slightly increases specific gravity. Contains no nitro compounds. Just add to your current racing fuel and check your lap times or E.T.'s. Raise jet sizes by at least 2. Clear in color. (Availability in 1 gallon, 5 gallon & Drums).
