Mine is a Limited (not supercharged) and I think installation should be a little simpler ????

I would think it should be a bit easier with a Limited.
Brandon's idea works really well.
I used the same oil seperator (Husky, I believe)- I did end up having to seal the bottom petcock valve with RTV to get it to really collect the oil. I drain it every other fill-up now - nearly full each time.

Cheers,

Brandon's idea will work the same for N/A as SRT.

I installed two air/water seperators in line of the two oil hoses coming out of the valve covers. Catches a decent amount of oil.

I'm actually about to have one welded up that will look all pretty and stuff. I'll post pics when its finished.

You may use an empty plastic oil container (1litre) and just make a hole in the top near of the spout and inert a breather pipe. Seal it both inside and out with a generous bead of silicone sealant.try to refer ere www.g37forums.com/showthread.php?t=68

I used this unit from JEGS - came with everything needed. Mounted it on the firewall using an existing bolt and to keep the hoses to a minimum..

I used the same thing, but from Home Depot in the air tools aisle. Total cost was like $10.00 for 2.

I'd guess blow by would be a problem more consistant with the STR6. Because of the supercharging crankcase pressure could go from negative to positive if there is any leakage around the rings. With 20,000 miles on my Limited I haven't seen any of these problems. Maybe I should knock on wood.

Development on this separator is going forward, I was welding up Mod2.0 yesterday which should do better. Stainless steel media separates the mist from the vacuum line, without VERY LITTLE RESTRICTION. This is to reduce the crankcase pressures and free up some additional horsepower; lost due to windage.
