Oh ya and be sure to talk to Paul and tell him you heard of this through the Crossfire forum as he is familiar with us from several past purchases from other members here.

edit:

yep, it sure is 2"

ANSA Automotive: Sport Listings: Universal Mufflers

that is not good at all to go to a smaller pipe.
I know that this is an older thread but although there is a little loss in size of the inlet in the ansa muffler it is more free flowing so any thought of a loss in power is compensated by the free flow.

It all smooths out in the wash!

I have not noticed any loss of power since switching over.

Thought I would drop a picture of my Ansa istalled. Got in in pretty close to the bumper. And I love the sound. It's hard to keep the revs down it sounds so sweet.

Looks great! Welcome to the cliub! It sounds even better with age. Sounds like a V6 Ferrari, very sweet sound without droaning.

I to love my Ansa but never really liked the way the round tips so close together looked on our Crossfires.....
It didn't fill the area where the tips extend from but then I discovered this......

I love the sound on mine. I had nice hour-long drive today and enjoyed the sound the whole time.

I may have the tips done like yours this week, but I have a lot of projects going on especially trying to solve a few issues with the V8 conversion before my uncle arrives on the 16th to rip my V6 out. Can't wait to hear a V8 running through the Anza. Your tip on the tips is a great idea!

Got the stock tips put on the Anza this morning. Thanks for the photos on the modification! This modification helps with my plausible OEM theme
