I took it as exactly what MrMiata meant : you 2 are just spanking your monkeys .....

So now we have baby punchers and monkey spankers on the forum.

So now we have baby punchers and monkey slappers on the forum.

You telling us you've never spanked your monkey?

Unhappy Re: BEGi Turbo Kit information/discussion thread

Close of another business week and not update from Begi. I guess that having it running in 10 days was another false illusion. Is it possible they are looking for a powder coater that will take a I.O.U. Or is it possible the brilliant engineers and tuners are getting this thing to run. I wonder if they have figured out how to Dyno it yet?
I'm guessing the gas is getting stale after a year and a half. Are we dead in the water, do we need to resuscitate again. Absolutely nothing this builder has said, has happened. Nothing. Hense the saying "the bullshit is on the wrong side of his boots."

Per their Facebook Page
"Sorry guys, the phone has been very busy this week. Even working until 11 pm most night I am still not caught up. We have been fitting parts up on the car as promised. Some parts have needed tweaking a bit, or a bung added somewhere. As fit has been confirmed we have made parts drawings and updated the fixtures. It is not running yet, as parts needed some adjustment. We will get it running as soon as possible though. We have also hired a part time guy to come in and assist Corky in getting this done ASAP. We have three major priorities at the moment and this is one of them, I promise. Each project has its own guy so no ones time is split on priority. I should have some more photos after the holiday."

See previous posts.. they've been too busy to even get the hardware put together in the last year and a half.. tuning hasn't even started.

Ho Hum..believe what you want but I'll believe it when I see it. 8 months ago it was about 30 hours work left. Thanksgiving pictures showed up 7 months late. Less then truthful in the past. We will wait and see...it is what it is. Me, I think it's another bull **** story. On a positive note..I think the pressure of comments on Facebook has had some bearing on getting things moving.

Smart move ..like your choice. You did not say what year you got, close to the same color as my 1992 BMW

Must have been a popular color.. it's a 92. Had the wife "punch it" on the test drive (it's officially her car) and scared her.. LOL. Few minor things to fix.. but I think we're going to enjoy having this

I'm probably going to have to break a few things so I get a "honey can you check it out"..
