Hello all
I'm looking for some instructions on how to wire and start an engine on the stand.

Thanks for the help,
John.

This ( and almost ALL modern engines ) require some sort of computer to run, in the case of the M112 engine it is the ECM, or PCM, or PTCM module. ( I've seen it called by all 3 terms )
This controls the spark, fuel, throttle body and timing.
It would be a daunting task to wire one up with all the required inputs, not saying impossible,
but extremely NOT EASY !

And if the SKREEM does not tell the ECM that the RFID in the key has been read correctly, it wo'nt enable the ECM.

I'm sure at the factories, they had a stand-alone controller that they could plug into the harness on the engine and make it run. Well, if not at the factory, then in the R&D labs....
