Thanks for the clarification, I'll check the RCM for relay operating tomorrow morning (its dark and cold here in London!).
If my TCS relay is not operating on Run/On, would that cause a no start ?

Would love someone else check what they see on the pink/red wire on A2, I see 12v with ignition at On/Run and Start.

I hope you are correct and pulsing on and off is not correct, would make more sense if the enable signal to the PM was simply high/low

Just looked at the TCS wiring, seems the TCS relay gets 12v from ignition switch via a diode to operate the relay and the contact switches 12v to the SLA.

Tighed1,
Yes, just confirmed, Ign switch to On/Run - ECM and TCS relays hold operated and the Fuel Pump operates and then releases.
Have ordered a Pulse Module.
Do you know what voltage or condition should be present on Pulse Module pin 1B when ign switch is in Crank position ?
I'm seeing 12v.

Good news, I've fixed it ! Car starts OK. Whilst twiddling my thumbs waiting for the Pulse Module to be delivered via eBay, I thought I'd take another look at the RCM.
As I said before, the RCM looked perfect, all solder joints were clean and no sign of burning etc. I had already re-soldered the 3 points indicated in other posts and continuity tested all tracks, coils and contacts OK, so I decided to carefully re-solder every joint, plugged it and hey presto !
Thanks for your advice along the way.
Mick

Just took a cruise back thru this thread, PizzaGuy said to resolder all joints in post #9.

In fact it was post no. 6. On reviewing the posts this morning, it prompted me to give it a go. I must admit, I was subconsciously initially looking for something obvious like a burnt or broken track, or an obvious powdery dry joint but the RCM looked factory fresh. Just goes to show, what looks good on the surface may not be underneath !
Big thanks to PIzzaGuy

Traction control relay should also be engaged.
Manually close it then see what happens when you try to start the car.
