If you are installing the 74mm throttle body on an NA, you retain the original NA MAF/IAT sensor.
You do however utilize the plastic pipe for the 74 mm one.

So, to answer the question : OE part number: 1120940048

Sorry that is wrong, a typo?
The number has to be a 113 number not 112.
It is 113 094 00 48

Isn't 113 for the 74mm stuff ?
We retain the NA sensor, so I would think 112 would be correct.

You say plastic pipe and I took that to be the MAF body.why use a 74mm TB and use a smaller MAF body in front of it.
There are two mods listed in PDF form, I am using mine. I’ll add them both here.
One uses the stock engine cover, Rekcah, CLICK and I use a larger Mercedes cover. CLICK
Some people have used the larger MAF sensor and the car adapted itself to it, some used the OEM MAF sensor and had trouble until it sorted itself out, I had no trouble. I did the larger engine cover mod with larger intake tubes as well. With the EC tune, it felt better all around.

I agree, use the larger MAF body, but the MAF sensor for the 68 mm ( m112 ) throttle body.

For future generations, you should change the part number in your post #2.

OK, I see where we are at odds here. The part number in post #2 is for the MAF sensor ONLY, not the larger MAF housing with the larger MAF sensor in it.
However, it seems that to get the larger housing, it comes with the larger sensor also, costing mucho $$$$.

Easy thing to do is to install a Needswings CAI like I did and don't worry about the old plumbing.

If you want a replacement sensor you buy the part using a different part number. The sensor has a different number on it.
i stumbled upon the number earlier today but forgot to record the number. It comes with its own tamper proof bit that fits the screws holding it to the MAF housing.

So the 68mm throddle part number starts with 112 and the 74mm starts with 113, but both use the both elbow.
